These are great, you can make them thinner for dip or a little thicker for tacos. They really amp up the taste of the dish especially if this is the base of the flavor.
I have really missed pea soup since my celiac diagnosis. This is the absolute best tasting pea soup. It stores incredibly well and the bonus is that unlike canned or boxed soups you can make your own portion size and eliminate waste. I recommend buying larger amounts as it will even out the shipping cost when you do. Go ahead and buy this soup, don’t let the dried flakes put you off, they cook up beautifully and taste amazing. You can adjust the consistency by adding more flakes or water.
