Time: 15 minutesCook Time: 20 minutes\nTotal Time: 35 minutesServings: 6 servings\n \n\nIngredients:\n\n2 c. cooked quinoa\n2 c. Garbanzo Bean Flakes (501550)\n3 lg. carrots, shredded\n3 sm. beets, shredded\n2-3 green onions, thinly sliced\n3 eggs\n¼ c. cornmeal\n1 t. smoked paprika\n1 t. onion salt\n1 t. garlic salt\n½ t. cayenne\nsalt \u0026amp; pepper to taste\nhamburger buns or toast\n\n \n\nDirections:\n\nPrepare quinoa according to package directions.\nMix Garbanzo Bean Flakes, shredded carrots, shredded beets, sliced green onions, eggs, cornmeal, smoked paprika, onion salt, garlic salt, cayenne, salt and pepper in a large bowl.\nLet the mixture sit 5 minutes, then form into 6 patties. (Add more beans if the mixture is too wet to hold when formed into patties.)\n\nHeat up 2 t. oil over medium heat in a cast-iron skillet.\nCook patties for 5-7 minutes per side.\nPlace on hamburger buns or toast and serve.\n\n \nPotato Wedges \nIngredients:\n\n\n6 med. potatoes, sliced to ¼ in. wedges.\n2 T. oil\n¼ c. cornmeal\n1 t. oregano\n½ t. thyme\n1 t. salt\n\n\n\n\nDirections:\n\n\nPreheat oven to 400°.\nCut potatoes into wedges.\nCombine cornmeal, oregano, thyme, and salt in a ziplock bag or bowl.\nCoat potato wedges in cornmeal mixture.\nCoat baking sheet in oil, and spread a single layer of potatoes on the baking sheet. \nRoast the potato wedges for 15 minutes, flip wedges, and roast for 15 more minutes.\nServe.\n\n\n \nVegan "Mayo" sauce \nIngredients:\n\n\n1 c. unrefined sunflower oil\n½ c. unsweetened soy milk\n2 t. apple cider vinegar\nsea salt to taste\n\n\n \nDirections:\n\n\n\nUsing room temperature unsweetened soy milk, combine the unrefined sunflower oil, unsweetened soy milk, and apple cider vinegar.\nTaste, add salt to taste.\nRefrigerate. \n\n\n \n\nDOWNLOAD\/PRINT\n \nSUBMIT A RECIPE\nPreviously this recipe was listed as vegan, this is an error.
