Delicious and versatile

I have never tried dehydrated navy bean, I was uncertain what to expect but I was not disappointed. It’s a little different from your typical being. It’s perfect for hummus and the color is kind of a beige cream just like you’d expect, it is mild in flavor and bags to be made into of course a soup or a hummus. Or a dip.

I wanted to find out what it was like and as much as I like it, I will probably gravitate to the more familiar ones like Pinto and black beans or green or yellow peas, but this stuff is definitely good.

Just made some Vegetable Navy Bean-Flake Soup very quickly.

I wanted some Vegetable Navy Bean Flake Soup. I put water, the bean flakes & some frozen vegetables in my soup pan. I didn't even add spices or vegetable oil & it's really good. And of course the bean flakes made it cook up very quickly. So glad I bought this! Thank you Garden Valley!
