AddIngredients for "sausage":
1 tsp. sage
½ tsp. thyme
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. salt (in addition to original salt)
Pinch red pepper flake
Instructions for "meatballs":
Whisk together water and egg.
Add in all other ingredients (except oil and sauce), mix until well blended.
Form into 1" balls. (If mixture sticks to hands when trying to form ball or patty, add a sprinkle of lentil flake until it does not stick to hands when formed into shape)
Heat oil, in a medium non-stick pan), to medium.
Add "meatballs" to hot oil and brown.
Top with favorite sauce and serve.
