- In a food processor pulse together water and cilantro.
- Use this water to cook rice according to box instructions.
- Boil water, add Black Bean Flakes and let sit 5 minutes (if too thick add more water).
- Put ¼ of cooked rice in the bottom of the bowl, add ¼ of the Black Beans Flakes use garnishments as desired.
