I work for GVC as Quality Assurance Document Control or QA Docs, which is much easier to say. When I started working for GVC I knew that legumes (beans & peas) are good for you but, I didn't know all the ways you could use them! At first, I thought bean dip and pea soup... now I think brownies, pasta, cookies, and hummus! Sue from BeanCreative has made some truly delicious treats to trick your kids (or yourself) into eating healthier. I've been amazed at what 'big companies' can make with beans & peas. I'm really excited to be part of GardenValleyFoods.com, a division of GVC , which brings these amazing legume products to the public! What can you do with BEANS?
